Kurt... I don't even know where to begin. I received my guitar and case today, TWO WEEKS before it was slated to ship. That's incredible. I thought that's where my shock would end.
And then I unboxed the guitar.
I'm blown away. I've owned a lot of guitars and some much more expensive. The Agile is now the best guitar I own. The quality of the craftsmanship is just so unbelievable. The ebony fretboard is so speedy, my fingers glide along the satin finished neck, and - I will admit I had my concerns about pickups I had not heard of - but I had no reason to. Those things rip. I had to tear myself away from it, but I needed to send my gratitude. A huge THANK YOU to all who were involved in making this instrument, and thank you for getting it to me so promptly. Answer: Your guitar was set up and buzz free when it was shipped. However the neck may have moved during shipment. This video should help: Set Up Tips.
