This scale 25-27 is absolutely perfect for this guitar for my hands. A lot more comfortable than a straight scale 8 and it feels smaller in the hands. Action could be SLIGHTLY lower but then the buzz problems would only heighten so I think they got it pretty much perfect…The instrument is simply inspiring to play. You know when Steve Vai says 'When I picked it up it didn't feel like a 6 string guitar with a 7th string. It felt like a 7 string guitar'… well this statement rings true here.
