KZM Properties specializes in leasing low cost commercial warehouse as well as manufacturing and office space in and around the Claremont / Upper Valley region of New Hampshire. Spaces are heated, have a sprinkler system to protect against fire, and have a monitored alarm. Seasonal and longer term leases are available. By appointment only. Not open to the public.

Seasonal storage is for 6 months - starting around October 15th and ending around April 15th. There is a $100 fee for late pickup (up to May 15th).

Storage is broken up into 2 types:

car and trucks under 20'

Boats and Trailers and Campers under 35'

Vehicle storage location is in Claremont, New Hampshire. Exact location will depend on your vehicle type and what is still available at the time of booking.

You may make payment on line for your storage by choosing from the drop down menu items. We are using the Rondo Music shopping cart to save the customer money. You will receive an automatic notice indicating your instrument has shipped which you may disregard.

For your reservation to be complete, in addition to payment, we will need your form to be mailed to us at KZM Properties. 427 Washigton St., Claremont, NH 03743.

Q: Is your building heated ?
A: Yes

Q:At what temperature is the storage area kept?
A: Between 50 and 60 degrees. The building is protected by a 'wet' sprinkler system and we are required to keep at well above freezing.

Q: What location will the vehicle be stored in?
A: Boats and campers (under 10' long) will be stored at our 247 Sullivan Street location. Cars and campers over 10' in height will be stored at our 427 Washington Street location. This will vary depending on available space.

Q: What are your hours?
A: We do not keep regular hours. All drop offs and pick-ups are by appointment only. We are generally available Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. by appointment only.
